This past weekend in Sherwood, Oregon, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful family at their home, surrounded by rolling hills, tall pines, and that soft, golden Oregon summer light. The teens brought personality and laughter to the session, while their younger siblings added a playful spontaneity that kept everyone smiling.

The property was the perfect backdrop—familiar, meaningful, and deeply personal. From candid shots in their yard to more posed moments on their field, every image captured their bond in a way only home can inspire.

Recently, we had the honor of capturing a breathtaking wedding at the Oregon Golf Club, and every moment felt like something out of a fairytale. Alicia and Benson had the most stunning and elegant wedding.

From the Alicia’s lace-trimmed veil to the Benson’s tailored tux, every detail was picture-perfect. The reception took place in the grand ballroom, which features vaulted ceilings, glowing chandeliers, and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light.

Soft blush tones, gold accents, and classic white florals tied the decor together, creating an atmosphere that was both romantic and refined.

I had the joy of photographing a beautiful family of five in Sherwood, Oregon—and what a fun session it was! With three energetic kids, there was no shortage of laughter, movement, and sweet, unscripted moments.

We met at a quiet local park just as the evening light softened, giving us that golden glow every photographer dreams of. The kids ran through the tall grass, they played, and took turns making each other laugh—while I captured all the chaos and love that makes family life so special.

Sherwood is such a perfect place for outdoor family photography—plenty of open space, a peaceful atmosphere, and that signature Pacific Northwest greenery. It’s the kind of location that lets families relax, be themselves, and enjoy the experience.

Natasha & Dallas | Portland LDS Temple Wedding Photography

Natasha and Dallas celebrated their wedding at the beautiful Portland Oregon Temple, one of the most iconic locations for Portland LDS wedding photography. Surrounded by close family and friends, their day was filled with excitement, quiet meaningful moments, and so much joy. After their temple sealing, the couple exited the temple to hugs, smiles, and cheers from loved ones gathered on the temple grounds. The stunning white architecture and peaceful gardens of the Portland temple made the perfect backdrop for their first moments as newlyweds.

We spent time exploring the temple grounds for portraits, taking advantage of the beautiful landscaping and soft Pacific Northwest light. Natasha looked incredible in her wedding dress, and Dallas couldn’t stop smiling. These relaxed moments together created the most natural and timeless images. The Portland Oregon Temple offers so many amazing locations for photos—from tree-lined walkways to scenic views of the temple spires—which makes it one of the best places for LDS wedding photos in Portland, Oregon.

Natasha and Dallas were such a joy to photograph, and their excitement about starting this new chapter together was contagious. Temple weddings are always special to document because of the focus on faith, family, and commitment. Being able to capture these memories at the Portland Oregon Temple is always an honor, and Natasha and Dallas’s wedding day was a beautiful reminder of why Portland LDS temple weddings are so meaningful.

Michelle & Chris- Oregon Golf Club wedding videographer & photographer

As a wedding photographer & videographer, there are certain venues that make my heart skip a beat every time—and the Oregon Golf Club is one of them. Nestled in the hills of West Linn with panoramic views of Mt. Hood, it was the perfect setting for Michelle’s and Chris’ wedding day.

Their celebration was filled with so much joy, love, and timeless elegance. The ceremony took place in the rose garden, where soft floral arrangements framed the altar and guests were treated to one of the most breathtaking mountain views Oregon has to offer.

The reception inside the pavilion was just as beautiful—filled with candlelight, laughter, and dancing. From beginning to end, it was a day that reflected who they are as a couple: warm, joyful, and full of love.

I’m so honored to have captured their story at such a stunning venue.

The Child’s Family- Wilsonville Family Photographer

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a sweet family of five in Wilsonville, Oregon—and it was such a heartwarming session. With three little ones full of energy and personality, there was never a dull moment!

We met at one of my favorite local spots, surrounded by tall trees, open fields, and soft evening light. The kids had so much fun exploring, playing games, and showing off their best silly faces. I always encourage a mix of posed and candid shots during family sessions, and this one was the perfect blend of both.

What I loved most was how naturally this family connected with each other—lots of hugs, laughter, and genuine moments that really showed their bond. These are the kinds of memories that make family photography so meaningful.

Wilsonville offers such a beautiful backdrop for outdoor sessions, and it’s ideal for families who want a relaxed, fun experience in nature.
