This July, we had the joy of capturing photo and video for a beautiful Oregon Golf Club wedding, one of our favorite Portland-area venues for its sweeping views and warm summer light. In July, the entire property is glowing—green fairways, vibrant landscaping, and the soft golden haze that defines an Oregon summer evening.

From a photography and videography perspective, the venue offers endless opportunities: open skies, architectural details, natural scenery, and wide-open ceremony spaces that photograph beautifully from every angle.

The day began with calm anticipation as each of them got ready surrounded by their closest people. We captured the meaningful details that couples often cherish most: vow books, rings, heirloom accessories, and heartfelt cards exchanged before the first look. The outdoor ceremony was breathtaking. Soft, golden July light framed the vows. Golden hour portraits afterward were some of our favorites of the season—romantic, airy, and unmistakably Oregon. At Sunset, Mt. Hood peeked through a warm haze, and every angle offered incredible opportunities for cinematic photos and film.

Inside the clubhouse, the reception was lively and heartfelt, filled with laughter, packed dance floors, and speeches that had everyone in tears.
